The Year We Didn't See Coming and The Growth That Came To Be.

Short and sweet. I'm not one to beat a dead horse so I'll just say...

 that yes as much as this year was a year we didn't see coming and that it forever changed our history as a civilization some good still came out of it.  Pivoting our businesses so we can still put food on the table and pay our mortgages has been a challenge.  Some of us never recovered, some switched careers and others actually prospered.  I look at this year as my year of growth.  Building my voice over business has been tough just like any creative field but it all hasn't been lost.  I've taken directions that I never thought were possible such as finishing my TV Narration demo that is specifically geared towards reality television programming and documentaries.  Forging some great relationships with some cold calls and emails throughout the year has been amazing.  Creating some actionable goals for 2021 has put this next year in perspective for me.  I look forward to a prosperous year, working on some meaningful projects and not looking back but never forgetting where I came from.

I hope that you find some form of gratitude from this year.  The only way to mentally and emotionally get through this year and start 2021 is through the fresh eyes of a beginner.  Take every action as if it were the first time you had ever done it.  It keeps things interesting and with that sense of wonder your true joy is expressed.  Cheers to 2021!
